Pawel K. Salinger, the principal of this practice was admitted by the Law Society to be a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 2nd January 1990. On 9th November 1995, Pawel K.Salinger was appointed as a Notary Public by the Court of Faculties, a branch of the Senior Courts headed by the Archbishop of Canterbury.

Pawel K. Salinger studied law at Exeter University from 1982-1986 and graduated in 1986 with an LL.B (Hons) law degree. The Law Society Finals at the College of Law in Guildford followed in 1986-1987. Qualified as a solicitor in 1990, having completed articles with a firm of solicitors in Bristol and then worked for two top firms of solicitors before setting up his own practice in September 2000. As a notary, Pawel deals with notarial authentication of documents for worldwide use as well as some UK non-mortgage conveyancing work, wills and probate and lasting powers of attorney. Pawel works in English, Polish and Russian languages and also deals as a notary with documents in other Slavonic languages. He is now a non-practising solicitor as he partially retired on the 31st October 2025.
